As former Executive Chef of the New England Culinary institute, Chef Robert is passionate about teaching the culinary arts. From his on air spots with WCAX TV to his classes held in the restaurant, he generously shares his knowledge and techniques with students and home chefs of all abilities.
Participation is always welcomed, but students can also relax and enjoy the food being prepared while sipping a glass of wine!
At the end of the class, students are sent home with the knowledge they need to replicate many of the items that have been featured on the restaurant’s menu.
